Effective Date: August 1, 2025

By registering for any class, workshop, or training session with Adventures in Voice Acting (AiVA), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years or older to attend AiVA training sessions. We do not accept minors under any circumstances.

2. Sales & Booking Policies

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are specific to each class and are clearly stated on the booking page for that service.
No-show participants will not receive a refund or session credit.
Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Educational Disclaimer

AiVA training events are for educational purposes only.

Participation does not guarantee auditions, employment, representation, or future opportunities in the entertainment or voiceover industry.

4. Consent to Recordings

AiVA records online sessions for safety, archival, and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant AiVA permission to use your image (video or still, not audio) in promotional materials, including social media and advertisements.
Your voice will never be used for promotional purposes.
Students may not record any part of a class or session, whether in person or online.

5. Required Agreements

By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following policies, which are incorporated into these Terms:

In addition, all participants are required to review and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement when registering for any AiVA session. This agreement is presented during the checkout process and must be accepted before participation.
