Code of Conduct

AiVA Training Events are designed exclusively for individuals aged 18 and older to ensure a focused and mature learning environment.

Illness Policy

If you are unwell (including coughing, congestion, sneezing, fever, or other symptoms of illness), you must notify AiVA and not attend your in‑studio session.
If you arrive showing signs of illness, including coughing or sneezing, AiVA reserves the right to ask you to leave.
We will work with you to make up the class once you are well.

Odor & Fragrance Policy

Be considerate to classmates and come to class odor‑free.
Avoid strong fragrances such as cologne or perfume, as some classmates may be allergic.
Students presenting strong or distracting odors will be asked to leave and may return once odor‑free.

AiVA classes at Bang Zoom! Studios take place in an active production environment.
Maintain professionalism at all times and be courteous to Bang Zoom staff, talent, and others working in the facility.
Do not disturb Bang Zoom staff or talent who are not involved in the class you are attending.
Respect shared spaces, including hallways, restrooms, and waiting areas, and keep noise to a minimum outside of class activities.

Personal audio or video recording is not permitted at any AiVA workshop, class, or event.
Scripts, copy, and ADR sessions are for training purposes only and may not be shared or used outside of the training environment.
Online classes are recorded for safety, archival, and promotional purposes.
By attending, you grant AiVA permission to use your image (no audio) for promotional purposes.
AiVA will never use student audio recordings for promotional purposes.

Students may be exposed to confidential materials during AiVA training sessions.
Do not disclose or share anything you hear or see during class.
All students, whether attending online or in‑studio, must agree to the Bang Zoom! Non‑Disclosure Agreement before participating in any AiVA class.
