If a child is between the ages of 16 and 17 and eligible for a specific course, the parent or legal guardian must sign up and pay for the course(s) on behalf of the child. In the booking form, the parent or legal guardian must enter the child's name in the "preferred name" section, followed by the child's date of birth.
