The workout will culminate in a playback of all of the participant's recorded scenes, with a little feedback from the instructor. Remember this is a WORKOUT - where you come as the actor, and the director simply directs. There will be no instruction, and just a little feedback from the instructor at the end of the workout. It helps you release emotional patterns and limiting thoughts, allowing for greater internal balance and confidence. Students will perform a first read of a script of their choice Mea will then guide students through a Yoga Nidra meditation tailored specifically for voice actors Students will perform a second read of their script following the meditation, and Dorah will provide feedback pointing to specific differences in your performances, and coach you through a third read to enhance what methods you've discovered through the process.
