- Anime ADR Workout (In Studio)
Practice your anime dubbing skills at this workout at Bang Zoom Studios! Students will choose anime scenes from our library via google classroom and will each get 1-2 turns the dubbing at the mic. The workout will culminate in a playback of all of the participant's recorded scenes, with a little feedback from the instructor. Remember this is a WORKOUT - where you come as the actor, and the director simply directs. There will be no instruction, and just a little feedback from the instructor at the end of the workout. Limited to 10 Participants

Camera, Keyboard, mouse/trackpad *Source Connect Now - the free version that you join as a guest in a chrome browser window.

Do you often feel like you're "in your head" during performances? Have you been working hard on your voice acting craft but still find it challenging to feel confident? This foundational workshop goes beyond traditional acting techniques and introduces you to Yoga Nidra, a special form of meditation. It helps you release emotional patterns and limiting thoughts, allowing for greater internal balance and confidence. Students will perform a first read of a script of their choice Mea will then guide students through a Yoga Nidra meditation tailored specifically for voice actors Students will perform a second read of their script following the meditation, and Dorah will provide feedback pointing to specific differences in your performances, and coach you through a third read to enhance what methods you've discovered through the process.
